To Who-so-ever It May Concern:
It’s been one long year since Danny Porrello was locked behind bars. I, Jordan Van Alan, have done my very best to keep this gang going on and strong. Though many members of our gang, the Scarlets, oppose my methods of work, I’ve kept my hopes that someday all of you will be able to look up to me and respect me as not only your Head Scarlet and leader, but as your friend and brother. Even now that I’ve received this appalling news:
Danny has escaped.
It’s shocking, but true. Mass murderer and ex-Head Scarlet, Danny Porello, has escaped his prison cell and is somewhere in New York City. I suspect that he wants to take revenge on me and all my supporters for having sent him to jail in the first place. But I can’t be entirely sure of his intentions.
Because of this terrible catastrophe, I urge you, my comrades, to come to my aid at once.
I need you now more than ever.

At the age of fourteen, Jordan Van Alan was forced into the “Scarlets”. He had witnessed a murder that no one was supposed to see and immediately taken into custody by a pair of Gunmen. He then became a present, a gift for Head Scarlet, Danny Porello and, in no time, was the man’s favorite pet. For years he stayed in this position, tending to Danny’s every whim and obeying his every order without even a moment’s hesitation. He even was forced to commit a few murders and rapes, just for the sake of his master’s amusement. Danny, who had been the Head Scarlet since he was 19, soon started to trust Jordan – he even became fond of him. And this, truly, would be his biggest mistake.
When Jordan turned 17, Danny promoted him to his Right Wing – aka his right-hand-man. He was to protect Danny at all costs. And he was to be the man’s greatest companion. But Jordan, having such a great disliking for the male, took this opportunity to double-cross him. He gave the local police an anonymous tip off (never had he been more thankful for payphones) that Danny would be attempting a murder at a certain location, while he told Danny that they should meet at that location to discuss game plan for a future robbery. When Danny arrived, he was immediately arrested and taken into custody.
And thus, Jordan Van Alan stepped up to replace Danny as Head Scarlet.
Now, as you can imagine, this caused quite an uproar among Scarletters. Many were outraged that Jordan had tricked Danny out of leadership – and wanted him dead. Others were overjoyed for one reason or another and supported him with their all. And the situation only grew worse when, a year later, Danny escaped prison – nestled tightly INSIDE a mattress carried by a few loyal Officers.
And now, a civil war within the gang has broken out. There’s fighting everywhere. And there’s no telling who supports who. Jordan wants Danny dead and Danny wants Jordan captured to become his pet once more.
So it’s up to you. What side will you choose?
