Modern Day. Since the start of time there had always been conflict throughout the world. Whether it was settled violently through wars or peacefully through treaties, it was a never ending cycle for people and countries alike.
That was until a strange alien race had invaded the planet with attempts to take over Earth and enslave humanity. Some countries have even been converted into the aliens themselves and are now brainwashed pawns for this race. This strange race was eventually discovered to be the Coolda, an intelligent race of power hungry extra terrestrials who have conquered just about every planet in the galaxy, expect for Earth. Just as things seem bleak for humanity, the heroic America challenged the alien race and formed his own army consisting of Hero countries from all ends of the world who would fight to save their home. Other countries however didn't want to be involved in the fighting and fled to Oceania which served as neutral territory for them. There they decided to stay uninvolved with the fighting, and they wanted to keep it that way.
So, will you join America and his forces and fight against the Coolda empire? Or are you a brainwashed country that has become one of Coolda, or a born Coolda alien? Or perhaps you're a country who wants to stay neutral and not be involved with the fighting at all?

Also comes with some basic character rules:
- Only Hetalia characters are allowed. (Because if it isn't obvious enough, this is a Hetalia rp). Ocs are allowed, such as countries, micronations, states, provinces, territories and cities. The only thing I won't allow are fictional locations. (Ex. Narnia, South Park.)
- Because of the character availability, the character limit is three. (Four for staff.) You may claim claim one canon character (Two for staff.), and two Ocs if you wish. (This will be subject to change if we start running low on canon characters.)
-The Coolda are a highly advanced and militant race of aliens, that are slightly shorter than humans and have cold, scaly blue skin with blood red eyes, simliar to this picture. www.collectorsquest.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/farscape_alien1.jpg
Unlike the Pict that appeared in the Paint it White movie, The Coolda are capable of human emotions and each Coolda looks different. However, it's in their blood to be naturally evil and any claimed Coolda MUST be aligned with the Coolda army.
- Coolda aliens may also be Ocs.
-Earthlings that have been converted into Coolda, more or less look the same as their human form. The only difference being their scaly blue skin, red eyes and being slightly shorter than their original self, as well as becoming evil and only living to serve the Coolda leader and military.
